Refund policy

Overview

At Gaia's Harmony, all products are made to order by our fulfillment partner. Because each item is produced specifically when you place your order, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, we are fully committed to ensuring you receive a product that meets our quality standards.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at contact@gaiasharmony.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once validated, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. You will not be required to return the item.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise this right, please submit a return request through your customer account or contact us at contact@gaiasharmony.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first — unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Once your withdrawal request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days, without requiring you to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (final sale)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return (where eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at contact@gaiasharmony.com.
