Important Announcement for our EU customers:
We’ve temporarily paused sales and shipping to EU Member States except Ireland while we review the new EU packaging and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements that came into effect in August 2026. (Ireland is unaffected so sales and shipping will continue here uninterrupted.)
This means sales and shipping are currently paused to:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
As a small independent business, we want to make sure everything is legally compliant before reopening these destinations.
Ireland sales and shipping is operating as normal.
US sales and shipping also remains available.
We hope to reopen shipping to our EU customers as soon as the new requirements become clearer and practical for small businesses.

All Gaia's Harmony products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Ireland & EU: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where available.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped to the United States and United Kingdom, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Gaia's Harmony has no control over customs processes and cannot predict additional charges.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@gaiasharmony.com and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner.
